Ronald Phillips > We arrived at the Lyon Part Deux railroad station. As it is in other European cities, there is likely more than one railroad station, and the station at which one arrives usually depends on from where you are coming. Lyon Part Deux is in Lyon's 3rd Arrondissement. Of course, we really did not have a clue where we were in relation to anything else in the city. We exited the station onto a large plaze named Place Charles Berauder along Boulevard Marius Viver-Merle. There was a transit information office where we were able to get a basic map of Lyon's transportation services.
Ronald Phillips > You can see that the street is still a bit wet from the early morning rain. It seemed that it was very early in Lyon with the streets being fairly quiet and most shops not open, yet. We were only slightly oriented (mostly disoriented!), so we headed in the direction we thought we should be going.

Ronald Phillips > After dinner, we took a walk back to the Promenade des Anglais to see Nice at night.
Ronald Phillips > Well....uh, er.....when I was about 12 years old, I talked my mom and dad into letting me see a Bridget Bardot movie filmed in St. Tropez, "And God Created Woman".....not very far from this exact spot. This is NOT how I remember Bridget Bardot!!!!! :-) Yes, we ARE in France.........
